Nick Servian
Nick Servian has been a professional photographer since a mac was a raincoat and a photoshop was a place to buy film.
He's worked with most of Wellington's top-end advertising agencies and designers, producing superb work for literally hundreds of ads and companies' annual reports. He's known for his humorous and hassle-free shoots.
Assignments have taken him all over the world, from Adelaide to Zurich, Tokyo to Timaru and Washington to Waga Waga.
He runs his business from his own purpose-built drive in studio in Wellington.
He has written and illustrated articles on travel, and his work has been published in a number of books and international magazines. His photographs have appeared on British and New Zealand postage stamp issues.
Nick has been awarded Fellowships of both the New Zealand and British Institutes of Professional Photography. He has won many awards for his work, including First Prize in the BIPP Fine Arts Awards in London.
He has a camera at the ready wherever he goes, capturing everyday life and colour around him, and he regularly supplies images to international photography libraries.
